My Boy with the Blue Arm!

Brayden officially broke his arm.  He was very brave through the whole thing, and has only complained a few times about his cast.  I am very proud of him.  He is not in pain and only has a week left.  He gets his cast off next Monday.

The weather here varies quite a bit. Yesterday, Curtis had a painting party at work to get the new store painted.  It was a beautiful day.  Brayden went to work with him in the morning to paint, and Colby and I picked him up after lunch.  Later when Curtis got home we heard the ice cream man.  It was getting warm, so we had ice cream out on the front porch.

Today we woke up and it is cold.  It is 4pm and I am still wearing a sweatshirt.  So this morning we had hot chocolate.  Hot chocolate in July?!

The boys play firemen almost everyday.  They don't have much firemen gear, so they use their imaginations.  Here is Colby's firemen's outfit, firetruck, and hose (the coffee pot).
