Jingle Bells!

Both of the boys have been learning a lot of new things.  Brayden in the last few months has taught himself how to whistle, something I did not learn until I was 17,  and how to tie a bow.  I am impressed with his determination and abilites.  He worked very hard at both and was so proud of himself.  He also is getting awesome at reading.  He impresses me every day with the new things he can read.  I love his curiosity, his determination, his desire to learn, and the smile on his face when he succeeds!

Colby has been learning new things too.  After a year of practing he has finally learned how to jump.  He loves to jump!  He sings all of the time and learns new songs very quickly.  I didn't know he knew jingle bells.  He sings with me, with the TV, with his toys.  The other 3 of us will sit in the living room to relax.  Colby will grab his saxophone or radio and walk around and around the room singing.  He talks all of the time and we are starting to understand more of it.  Both of the boys are at such a fun stage in their lives right now.  I love to see all the new things they learn everyday.

I better go now. Our trash can is blowing down the street in the rain as I am typing this.
