July Fun!

On the fourth of July we went to the park for a city celebration.  The weather was great and we all had fun.  Afterwards we had some friends over for a BBQ and some kid friendly fireworks.

Colby and I saw Thomas through the fence.  And I let him walk on the train tracks.  He thought that was awesome.  He pretended he was a train.

Our strawberry plants are doing great!  We have harvested strawberries several times.  They are so pretty and taste great too!  Yesterday I picked our first bell pepper.  It was awesome on the pizza I made.

Washington Beach Fun!

Yesterday we went to lake sammamish beach.  We had a picnic and played in the sand, rocks, and water.  Brayden has been missing the California beach.  He decided that Washington beaches are fun too!

Brayden loved all the ducks.  He spent a lot of time following them around. 

Curtis taught me to skip rocks.  Well, at least he tried to teach me.

Colby loved the beach.  All of his favorite things were there.  Dirt, rocks, water, and even a backhoe at the park. 

All of the good rocks were down deep.  He was soaked from his toes to his chin when we left.
